I think touch without physical release can be a powerful. The question I ask myself is "Why do I want to make love?" Is it a compulsive reason? Am I trying to escape or prove something? If I just want intimacy, why do I need more than just being close. However, I do have the desire to "get more" out of the experience in many cases. It seems that it can be hard to channel the energy generated by closness, or there can become a heart connection block that can be overlooked courtsey of sex. I just want to stay connected with what I desire most and move towards that. I strive to act consciously. I works sometimes better than others.
